Punching Bag – Web AR
We made a WebAR experience of a punching bag that does not require any downloaded apps. This particular AR experience uses the GLB format and the Model Viewer by Google. You can see that the model is displayed in actual life-like dimensions. This allows you to check if the gym equipment will fit at your place before purchasing. Web AR is excellent for any gym equipment website that wants to reduce returns and increase conversion.

OBJECTIVE
- Demonstrate an example of gym equipment that can be viewed directly from the web
- Use life-like dimensions to enable the users to see if it fits inside their home
- Allow the user to move and rotate the 3D model inside their own home
RESULTS
- Easy access to the AR experience directly from a web page
- Realistic rendering of a punching bag gym equipment using PBR shaders
- The user can move and rotate the punching bag around to ensure proper fit
